CSLBTestPrep ("we," "us," or "our") operates cslbtestprep.com, an independent exam preparation service for the California CSLB contractor license exam. Our support email is hello@passallprep.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:

• Email address — collected at checkout to grant and verify access to your purchase.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, and message when you contact us voluntarily.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics via Google Analytics (page views, device type, location). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To grant access to your purchased prep test.
• To send a purchase confirmation email.
• To respond to your support or contact requests.
• To improve our products and website through aggregate analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Data Storage

Purchase records (email address and products purchased) are stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Data is retained to allow you to re-access your purchase at any time using your email address.

5. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — database storage for purchase records.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics.
• Railway — hosting infrastructure.

6. Cookies

We use only essential browser storage (localStorage) to remember your email for access, and Google Analytics cookies for anonymous usage data. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Your Rights

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data (note: this will revoke access to your purchase).
• Opt out of analytics tracking by using a browser extension such as uBlock Origin.
